This team inherited the rigorous genes of Germany's century-old bicycle industry, having created high-performance products for multiple European countries, with a particular talent for integrating cutting-edge technology and classic craftsmanship. Based on their shared pursuit of lightweight design, the two sides initiated a cross-border technical cooperation.
Mr. Liu Shilin keenly observed the needs of the Chinese market. Combining the technical accumulation of the German team, he took the lead in establishing a production system compliant with international standards. Every process, from the precise parameters of frame welding to the micron-level calibration of the transmission system, meets German industrial standards. The German team provides comprehensive support in materials science, structural design, and other fields, jointly optimizing frame geometry and riding efficiency. After four years of technical integration and system verification, the two sides jointly established Jinhua Feirui Vehicle Co., Ltd. in November 2012 and officially launched the bicycle brand "Leichten". With the rapid growth of global demand for high-end bicycles, in 2019, Leichten Electric Technology Co., Ltd. activated a new intelligent production base in Jinhua, Zhejiang. Centered on automated production lines and digital management systems, it increased its annual production capacity to 500,000 units, injecting strong momentum into its globalization strategy.

The brand name "Leichten" is derived from the German word "Leicht" (lightweight), embodying the deep consensus of the Sino-German team on the essence of cycling: true lightness is by no means a simple reduction in weight, but a delicate balance between reliability and comfort achieved through structural optimization and material innovation. Mr. Liu Shilin's proposed product philosophy of "Follow Your Heart" is the condensation of this concept: "Technological innovation should eliminate the burden of cycling, making every pedal stroke transform into a free and smooth driving force."
In practice, the team follows the precision welding and painting standards of Germany's century-old factories. The frame has withstood the severe test of 200,000 fatigue tests. Through the innovative application of aviation-grade aluminum alloy and carbon fiber composite technology, the overall vehicle weight is reduced by 18% compared to the industry average.
